The bridges visible are the M street bridge (northern bridge) and the angled Pennsylvania avenue bridge. Once over either of these bridges going west, you are inside of Georgetown. Roughly in the middle of this image, you'll see 24th street, which is the first street that runs north to south that intersects both M and Pennsylvania.
If you were to drive into Georgetown on Pennsylvania, when you hit 24th, the building immediately on your left would be the Four Seasons Hotel. This is a hotel that houses IMF and World Bank delegates.
